Starting Today.

Tonight I should say...I will start to let the world in on my thoughts before they become ideas. I started this blog about 3 years ago...it's time to follow through on it and use it for what it's made for.

Resident Runway at UCLA.

Hello my name is Erika Billings and I wanted to post a blog about this amazing experience I was able to be apart of. Resident Runway was so incredible. This is definetely the beginning of so many other great opportunities. I came to LA to attend UCLA and major in Design Media Arts, and to also pursue my career as a make-up artist. When I first heard about Resident Runway it was instant interest for me. My goal is to one day do make-up for models who do runways so I thought this would be the perfect experience. It was honestly my first time designing a dress, but I have to say that I am very proud of my work and it's final look. Everything was worth it because I have learned so much! I will never forget this night. especially because I got feedback from the greatest Santino himself:). Thank you very much for recognizing that my design was made from my own sense of style. I appreciate the recognition alot. I "Blow you many many kisses Santino" <3.
